Executive & General Manager
Nicole “Nikkie” Bubb
The operator behind the Podcast Center: she runs daily operations, leads the internship program, and helps founders turn ideas into working, profitable systems.
Structure meets creativity
Nicole “Nikkie” Bubb is a multi disciplinary entrepreneur, executive manager and creative strategist working where business development, digital branding, logistics and strategic execution meet. Known for blending structure with innovation, she has built a career helping founders, creatives and organizations with both operational clarity and an elevated brand presence.
At Main Event & Friends, Nikkie serves as Executive & General Manager alongside founder Mark “Mr. Idea” Bullock. She builds the operational infrastructure, manages cross functional workflows, directs project execution and oversees daily operations at the Podcast Center. She also founded and directs the Main Event & Friends Internship Program, giving emerging professionals hands on experience in business operations, media production and entrepreneurship.
Nikkie is the founder of Bubb Management, a business operations and creative services company specializing in business management, brand development, web design and graphic design for small businesses, media brands and emerging enterprises. Her approach centers on turning ideas into working, scalable and profitable systems. She is also an early stage investor in several ventures.
As Mark’s Executive Manager and Business Partner, she supports a portfolio of business initiatives, partnerships, product development and creative ventures. Together they have collaborated on the Africans for Africa Clean Water Initiative, aligned with the African Strategy Minerals Group and The Power of One Foundation.
Earlier in her career Nikkie was Co CEO of KandidKaveena, where she built websites for small businesses, designed marketing assets, developed brand materials, and launched and managed a digital internship program. That thread of mentorship and workforce development runs through everything she does today. Her background in HR compliance, payroll, finance and operational systems lets her move between administrative and creative work with precision.
She has also worked in publishing, editing and co publishing Can You Walk in My Shoes: The Autobiography of Dorothy Elam, and co created 0 to 1000: Turn Your Idea Into A Reality Workbook with Mark “Mr. Idea” Bullock.
Where it started
Nikkie’s entrepreneurial foundation came from her father. He was not an entrepreneur himself, but he had the spirit of one. While working as a black car driver and later as a New York City bus driver, he pushed her to think about invention, problem solving and ownership. Whenever she saw a simple idea on television turn into a million dollar invention and said “I can do that,” he challenged her to figure out how everyday solutions become businesses.
Today that lesson has grown into a commitment to legacy and generational wealth: building lasting economic pathways so the next generation of her family has access to ownership, mobility and opportunity. Her purpose is to build and elevate businesses for long term success while advancing the community through mentorship, investment and project based development.
